As the holiday highs and lows evolve into future hopes and expectations, this self-expressive half-day will offer unique talks, meditations, writing exercises, and optional sharing around the creation and nourishment of compassionate paths of resilience from shame, expectations, and self-criticism. Each participant will have a safe space to explore any and all of the above in whatever way calls.
$45 class fee

As a longtime professional writer/writing teacher and meditator/mindfulness teacher, I have found that mindfulness helps break down writer’s block and build up authentic self-expression.
