Class Description:
I have found that writing after meditating can help quiet self-criticism and break through writer’s block. In our time together, we will explore creativity and self-expression from the deeply connected space of mindfulness.
The class will consist of:
A talk relevant to both writing and mindfulness.
A mindful meditation.
Writing exercises.
Optional sharing and discussion.
Class time:
Sunday, August 3, 1:30-3:30 pm PT via Zoom.
