Please join us for a restful, restorative Mindful Writing Hero’s Journey Daylong as we emerge into our new year and resilient selves. There will be several nurturing periods of nurturing talk, meditation, writing, and optional sharing/discussion. All activities are optional – in other words, if you would like to continue meditating instead of writing or vise versa, that is completely great. This will be your late morning and early afternoon in which to practice and self-express in whatever way seems meaningful for you.
