Mindful Writing Course

Class Description:

I have found that writing after meditating can help quiet self-criticism and break through writer’s block. In our time together, we will explore creativity and self-expression from the deeply connected space of mindfulness.

The class will consist of:

  • A talk relevant to both writing and mindfulness.

  • A mindful meditation.

  • Writing exercises.

  • Optional sharing and discussion.

Class time:

 Sunday, May 4, 1:30-3:30 pm PT via Zoom.

 After you purchase a spot, you will receive a Zoom link to register for the online session.
